Message frequency will vary based on your login activity. For mobile phone MFA, message and data rates may apply.

We collect and store your mobile number and email address only to verify your identity, deliver one‑time passcodes, and protect your account. Your information collected for this purpose will not be sold or used for marketing and will only be shared with service providers who support secure delivery of MFA messages.
